PSOLUTION: The T-die 1 for manufacturing the foamed sheet by a forming a thermoplastic resin includes a manifold part 2, within which the thermoplastic resin is fed, a heating part 3 having a first resin flow passage 6 flowing the thermoplastic resin therewithin and being mounted on the downstream side of the manifold part 2 and a flow passage 3C for a heating medium to heat the first resin flow passage 6 on the wall surface on the periphery of the first resin flow passage 6, plate-like torpedos 7A, 7B and 7C fixed normal to the thickness direction of the foamed sheet in the first resin flow passage 6, a cooling forming part 4 having a second resin flow passage 8 which is the forming space of the thermoplastic resin therewithin and being mounted on the downstream side of the heating part 3 and a flow passage 4C for cooling medium to cool the second resin flow passage 8 on the wall surface in the periphery of the second resin flow passage 8, and a heat insulating member 5 arranged between the heating part 3 and the cooling forming part 4.
