PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card holder with memorandum function which is a card holder which can hold a number-selection type lottery ticket and an application card, and can recognize and manage them in cooperation since only first ticket can be confirmed with a usual keeping bag and it is often indistinguishable to purchase a ticket with which application card when purchasing two or more lottery tickets.;SOLUTION: A card pocket is prepared so that the application card of a number-selection type lottery and such two or more lottery tickets can be recognized with two facing pages spread. The application card of the number-selection type lottery is held in one side of the card pocket. The other side is divided into two or more columns and a number-selection type lottery ticket is held.
