PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely differentiate an adipose tissue-derived stromal cell to a nerve cell. PSOLUTION: The method for differentiating and inducing an adipose tissue-derived stromal cell comprises a step of collecting the adipose tissue-derived stromal cells from adipose cells and a step of culturing the adipose tissue-derived stromal cell in a culture medium containing dcAMP (dibutyryl cyclic AMP) or forskolin, and differentiates and induces the adipose tissue-derived stromal cell so as to express a marker of immature nerve cell. The method can differentiate and induce nerve cell from adipose tissue-derived stromal cell simply and surely and can obtain the nerve cell for achieving regenerative medical techniques thereby.
