ATTACHING PREVENTIVE METHOD OF DUST TO SINTERING MACHINE EXHAUST GAS DUCT, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SINTERED ORE USING THIS METHOD AND SINTERING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent attaching and depositing of dust 4 on an inner wall of a window leg 3 of a Dwy toroidal sintering machine 100 manufacturing a sintered ore by a simple method and facility, by burning coke in a raw material by sucking air from a window box 2 existing on the lower side of a sintering pallet 1, by igniting from an igniter 43 toward the raw material, by supplying the raw material mixed with an iron ore, coke powder and lime powder via hoppers 41 and 42 on the sintering pallet 1 wound on a pair of sprockets 9.;SOLUTION: Pipes 11a and 11b and pressure deriving pipes 22a and 22b injecting compressed air are arranged inside the window leg 3. The pressure deriving pipes 22a and 22b are connected to a differential pressure gauge 23. The compressed air is supplied toward an easily attaching part of the dust 4 by opening-closing automatic cutoff valves 13a and 13b arranged in the middle of pipes 12a and 12b connected to the pipes 11a and 11b by a command from an arithmetic processing unit 31 in response to the size of detected differential pressure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
