To provide a DL sintering machine and a manufacturing method of sintered ore using the DL sintering machine which can manufacture the sintered ore improved the yield of the raw material filler upper part and the cold strength while keeping reducibility by a relatively simple device configuration of the sintering machine.SOLUTION: A DL sintering machine comprises: multiple pallets provided consecutively to a travelling direction from upstream to downstream, and charged sinter raw materials; an igniter firing a raw material packed bed in the pallet of the travelling direction upstream among the multiple pallets from the upper part; a wind box sucking atmosphere from downside of the multiple pallets; a flame heater arranged to the downstream side of the igniter with space, and heating by flame the breadth of the top surface of the raw material packed bed; and an atmosphere suction area which is formed between the igniter and the flame heater, is sucked atmosphere by downside suction, and direct heating from the top surface is not performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
