PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present related speech of a portion displayed when content is referred to, and to present a related content portion of speech reproduced during speech reproduction, by associating the portion of the content with speech in real-time communication. PSOLUTION: A real-time communication history is accumulated, the effective speech in the real-time communication is extracted, speech data and a speech history are accumulated, a reference state of the effective content portion in the content reference is decided, and a content portion reference history is accumulated. Based on the histories, relation of the portion of the content referred to simultaneously with the speaking in the real-time communication is derived, and it is presented as the related speech or the related content portion.
