PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a user in the case of registering biological information in an authentication card.;SOLUTION: This information registration system 10 includes a first device 200 and a second device 100 connected to a network, and the first device is provided with a confirmation information for reference setting means for setting confirmation information for reference which is not dependent on biological information for confirming a user; a biological information acquisition means for acquiring the biological information of the user; and a biological information writing means for writing the acquired biological information in a temporary card, and the second device is provided with a confirmation information acquisition means for acquiring confirmation information from the user; a confirmation information for reference acquisition means for acquiring the set confirmation information for reference; a user confirmation means for confirming the user by using the confirmation information for reference and the confirmation information; and a biological information registration means for registering biological information stored in the temporary card into a normal card when the user is confirmed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
