TRAFFIC ACCIDENT PREVENTION SYSTEM, SERVER DEVICE AND TRAFFIC ACCIDENT PREVENTION METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a traffic accident considering states of a present pedestrian and vehicle. PSOLUTION: This traffic accident prevention system has: a mobile terminal 1 detecting position information of itself; an onboard device 3 loaded in the vehicle, detecting position information of itself; and a server device 4 deciding a risk degree showing possibility that the pedestrian carrying the mobile terminal 1 and the vehicle encounter an accident based on the position information transmitted from the mobile terminal 1 and the onboard device 3 in wide-area communication via a mobile communication network 2. The server device 4 decides the risk degree of the vehicle and the pedestrian approaching each other from the position information of the onboard device 3 and the mobile terminal 1, notifies the onboard device 3 and the mobile terminal 1 about the risk degree, and makes direct communication be performed between the onboard device 3 and the mobile terminal 1 according to the risk degree.
