PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the high recognizing performance of characters handwritten in an order form is required as necessary, or that customization for recognizing customary symbols unique to an industry written in the order form is required in an order reception management system using an OCR, or that it is necessary for even an ordering side to prepare an information processing terminal in advance by learning suitable knowledge or spending money in a system for receiving and managing an order via an information network. PSOLUTION: This order recording device is provided with an order recording device equipped with a function for printing a bar code showing customer data on an order form on the premise that a conventional handwritten order form is made available, and configured to easily operate order reception processing; a bar code printed on the order form; and a merchandise delivery document creation device for reading the merchandise bar code of the ordered merchandise, and for creating a document for merchandise delivery.
