A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of allergic diseases and chronic inflammatory diseases is provided to treat intractable allergic diseases and chronic inflammatory diseases which are not treated with standard drug therapy without side effects. A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of allergic diseases and chronic inflammatory diseases comprises histamine, human immunoglobulin and human placenta extract, wherein the allergic diseases and chronic inflammatory diseases include atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, nettle rash, bronchial asthma and rheumatoid arthritis. A kit for the treatment of allergic diseases and chronic inflammatory diseases comprises a first vessel containing one ingredient selected from (a) histamine, (b) human immunoglobulin and (c) human placenta extract, and a second vessel containing the remaining two ingredients.
