PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engagement plate for construction and an engagement enclosure body therefor which are excellent in workability, which have favorable economy and strength, and which are also extremely excellent in rain water disposal.;SOLUTION: The engagement plate for construction consists of a main plate 1, an angle part 2 to be engaged, an engagement angle part 3, and an attaching fixation part 4. The angle part 2 to be engaged has an engagement part 22 to be engaged which is formed by a bending piece 22a to be engaged, and the bending piece 22a to be engaged is swelled to both sides in the width direction. The engagement angle part 3 has an engagement part 32 which is formed by an engagement bending part 32a which is of nearly identical shape with the bending piece 22a to be engaged, and the engagement bending part 32a is swelled to both sides in the width direction. The attaching fixation part 4 is integrally formed with the angle part 2 to be engaged side. The angle part 2 to be engaged is formed on one side of the main plate 1 in the width direction, and the engagement angle part 3 is formed on the other side.
