PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable curtailing of the time for assembling and disassembling form segments in a form device for a rectangular column-shaped concrete structure, by which considerable reduction of the construction period and the cost can be materialized.;SOLUTION: The form device for constructing the rectangular column-shaped concrete structure is provided with a rectangular column-shaped form having an inner peripheral surface corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the rectangular column-shaped concrete structure. The form is obtained by assembling four pieces of wooden plywood corresponding to each face to have a rectangular column shape. A plurality of wooden supporting members are fixed at predetermined intervals along the vertical direction of the outer peripheral part of the form. A plurality of holding members are fixed to the outer peripheral part of the wooden supporting members at intervals in the vertical direction of the form. Each of the holding members is structured with two sets of L-letter-shaped form segments, each of which is formed by welding two adjacent shape steels. Two sets of fastening members are arranged on each of joint corners, where the two L-letter-shaped members face each other, in a manner of striding the two perpendicular shape steels in the x and y directions. An expansion means is arranged to allow the two L-letter-shaped members to separate from each other in the x and y directions when the fastening members are loosened.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
