ELECTRIC FLOOR HEATING SET AND ELECTRIC HEATING FLOOR CONSTRUCTED BY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent fire breakout when a three-wire cord-shaped heater is abnormally heated due to its fatigue disconnection, in an electric floor heating panel incorporated with the three-wire cord-shaped heater.;SOLUTION: A three-wire heater composed of first and second two heater wires generating heat by power distribution, and a detection wire is used as the three-wire cord-shaped heater. The first heater wire and the detection wire are coated with first coating resins, and the second heater wire is coated with a second coating resin having a melting temperature higher than those of the first coating resins. The electric floor heating panel and a controller for floor heating are connected by a wiring kit 1. The wiring kit comprises a temperature fuse with a resistor composed of the resistor to which an electric current flowing to the detection wire due to a short circuit of the first heater wire and the detection wire flows when the first coating resin of the three-wire cord-shaped heater incorporated in the electric floor heating panel is melted, and a temperature fuse which is melted down by the heat generated by the resistor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
