PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for, since there is such a significant defect as the discourtesy of sending an access permission signal to questionnaires to the owner of terminal equipment owned by an individual without permission regardless of the absence of his or her will to answer the questionnaire or erroneous statistics due to redundant answers in a conventional questionnaire survey method, reducing those defects, for improving the height of precision, discourtesy or personal information.;SOLUTION: This marketing information operation processor is provided with: a format transmission/reception part for receiving a format claim for answering questionnaires, and for automatically transmitting the format for answering questionnaires; a memory part for receiving the answered information, and for storing the information; a determination part for determining whether or not the answered information is not any redundant signal; an arithmetic display part for carrying out the statistical operation processing of only valid information, and for displaying it; and a reception confirmation transmission part for transmitting reception confirmation or/and gratitude.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
