PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass inspection system of a production line for reducing a working time required for specifying inferior products and improving working efficiency even when belt-like food dough is flowed through the production line. PSOLUTION: The mass inspection system of the production line includes: a rolling device 8 for shaping products in the form of a be an X-ray mass measuring device 2 for measuring a mass of a product part being a part of the food dough W; a cutting device 3 for cutting the food dough W in each product part; a baking device 4 for baking cutting pieces Wa cut from the food dough W; a mass selection device 5 for measuring the mass of the cutting piece Wa after baking; and a control device 6 for controlling the baking device 4. The control device 6 accumulates mass data of the product part and mass data of the baked cutting piece Wa, calculates a determined value for determining correlation from the mass data of the accumulated product part and the mass data of the cooked cutting piece Wa based on measuring timing, and determines correlation of the mass of the product part and the mass of the cooked cutting piece Wa.
