PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control so as to prevent attribute information from circulating to unauthorized service providers. PSOLUTION: When receiving a service request from a disclosure source apparatus, a disclosure mediation apparatus adds user terminal information identifying the disclosure source apparatus to the service request before transferring it to a disclosure destination apparatus. On receiving the service request transferred from the disclosure mediation apparatus, the disclosure destination apparatus sends to the disclosure source apparatus that has sent the service request an attribute information request requesting attribute information from the disclosure source apparatus along with the user terminal information added to the service request. The disclosure source apparatus sends to the disclosure mediation apparatus a terminal information request requesting the user terminal information sent to the disclosure destination apparatus along with the service request, and compares the user terminal information received from the disclosure destination apparatus along with the attribute information request with the user terminal information received from the disclosure mediation apparatus to determine whether or not to send attribute information.
