PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stability of construction quality and a high slip coefficient of a friction joint surface in subjecting a high-strength steel material above 700 MPa class to high-strength bolt friction joint.;SOLUTION: When a base material formed of high-strength steel and an additional material formed of steel having a strength equivalent to or lower than that of the base material are stacked on and jointed to each other by a high-strength bolt, a slip coefficient of 0.45 is secured by the same shot blast condition or grid blast condition for both stacking surfaces of the base material and the additional plate, for instance, the condition of the following expression (1). Expression (1): 0.11×TSB+1.2×(TSB-TSS)-2.9×(HVS-TSB/3.11)+303×|GSS-0.8|≤0, where TSB: bast material strength [MPa], TSS: additional plate strength [MPa], HVS: average Vickers hardness of an abrasive material, and GSS: an average particle diameter of the abrasive material [mm].;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
