EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION PROPOSING APPARATUS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise prescription proposing apparatus which makes it possible to obtain an appropriate exercise prescription in a house or the like without the need of an expert. PSOLUTION: Exercises are performed using a passive exerciser 1 which induces muscle activity by giving muscle stimulation to a user, and the change of the acceleration of the waist of the user during the exercise is measured by an activity amount meter 6. The acceleration measured by the activity amount meter 6 is inputted to a level judgement part 103 of a center server 101, and an ability level relating to the athletic ability of the user is evaluated from a response pattern which is the time change of the acceleration. The center server 101 is provided with an exercise prescription storage part 104 storing two or more kinds of exercise prescriptions related to the ability level in a plurality of stages, and extracts the exercise prescription related to a requested ability level or the ability level lower than that.
