PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve electronic circular without requiring the introduction of a large-scale system.;SOLUTION: A mailing list server 100 includes: a mailing list information storage unit 102 for storing mailing list information by attaching circular control information which is information for controlling the circular order of a mailing list; a mail receiving unit 103 for receiving a posted electronic mail when the electronic mail is posted in the mailing list; a mailing list management unit 101 and a mail header conversion part 105 which converts the mail header of the posted electronic mail into an electronic mail address of a circular destination next to the posted electronic mail address according to the circular control information; and a mail transmission unit 104 for transmitting the electronic mail of which the mail header is converted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
