PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emission trading risk management system for power generation business and a method therefor which can attain not only power transaction or emission trading but also complicated profits risk evaluation.;SOLUTION: In the emission trading risk management system for power generation business which holds an assumed price scenario and a demand prediction scenario of a power and fuel markets and is provided with a creating means of a buying and selling plan and a power generation plan where a self company has maximum financial profits, the system and its method are provided with: an emission trading market information input means 13 for inputting emission trading market information to create an emission trading market price scenario; a self company emission permits information input means 14 for inputting emission permits information held by the self company to create self company emission permits information; an emission trading risk calculating means 26 for performing risk calculation of the emission trading on the basis of a self company's fuel use plan, the emission permits market price scenario, and the self company emission permits information; and an emission trading risk calculation result display means 28 for displaying an emission trading risk calculation result calculated by the emission trading risk calculating means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
