PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for scheduling and pre-coding based on channel vector quantization.;SOLUTION: The disclosed method includes: a step A, in which a transmitting side performs multi-user scheduling on the basis of first channel vector quantization information transmitted from all users; a step B, in which the transmitting side acquires a pre-coding matrix on the basis of second channel vector quantization information with higher precision than that of the first channel vector quantization information and then utilizes the acquired pre-coding matrix to pre-code and transmit scheduled user data; or a step B', in which the transmitting side couples third channel vector quantization information transmitted from scheduled users to the first channel vector quantization information, acquires the pre-coding matrix and then utilizes the acquired pre-coding matrix to pre-code and transmit scheduled user data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
