PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an internal connection state by reducing a device scale and a signal processing scale in an electronic device.;SOLUTION: Signals IN 1 to IN M at a logic value '0' or '1' for a test operation are input to the input ends of a core 31 (an internal logic) from external terminals on the input side of an FB 30. By an OR circuit 38 and an AND circuit 39 to which the input side is connected, the logic value '0' or '1' indicating a quality of the internal connection state of the input ends of the core 31 to the external terminals is output to a connection part of the external terminal on the input side to the input side of the core part 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
