PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an on-vehicle camera onto a radiator grill, capable of sparing a type in which the camera is not mounted, and a type in which the camera is mounted, by a kind of the radiator grill composed of a kind of a forming die, thereby capable of reducing the cost.;SOLUTION: An opening 12 for mounting the on-vehicle camera is subjected to post-working from the lower part of an emblem mounting seat 11 till the radiator grill 1 so as to cover the outside of the emblem mounting seat 11 and the opening 12. In the condition that a lens 31 is exposed from a hole 22a formed in a part to cover the opening 12 of the radiator grill 1 of a finisher 2 capable of mounting an emblem 6, the on-vehicle camera 3 is mounted from the vehicle rear side.
