PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue warning method and a fatigue warning device, for detecting fatigue and drowsiness of a driver from a skin potential. PSOLUTION: This invention relates to the fatigue warning method for warning the fatigue by detecting whether or not the driver is tired from the skin potential and, wherein an electrode for skin potential measurement is embedded in a steering wheel of the driver, the skin potential between a palm and fingers of the driver who grips the steering wheel is measured, and a warning that the driver is tired is issued when a change speed of the measured skin potential changes for a prescribed period of time or longer.
