PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instantly demoldable concrete block capable of suppressing the occurrence of efflorescence generation and a method for predicting a capability of the occurrence of efflorescence in an instantly demoldable concrete block simply and in a short period of time. PSOLUTION: The instantly demoldable concrete block is made by hardening concrete containing cement, an admixture, an aggregate, a plasticizer, an efflorescence reduction agent and water, and is characterized in that the integrated value of eluted calcium ion is not more than 0.00027 mmol/cmSP2/SPand in that the filling factor of the block is at least 86%.
