PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paclitaxel solid composition, paclitaxel fine particles, paclitaxel fine particle dispersion, etc., being improved with stability and safety, and a method for producing them.;SOLUTION: This method for producing the paclitaxel solid composition is provided with that in a dissolving process, the paclitaxel and a dispersion stabilizer are dissolved in a volatile organic solvent in a container 13, in a solid composition-producing process following the dissolving process, the organic solvent contained in the solution is removed by evaporation to obtain the paclitaxel solid composition 1 as a remaining material of the removal of the organic solvent and the paclitaxel solid composition 1 is fixed on the inner wall of the container 13, in a water injection process following the solid composition-forming process, the water 2 is injected into the inside of the container 13, and in a process of fine particle dispersion-forming following the water injection process, a laser beam L radiated from a laser beam source 11 is irradiated to the paclitaxel solid composition 1 fixed on the inner wall of the container 13 for giving light energy to the paclitaxel solid composition 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
