PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement-based packing composition and cement mortar wherein underwater antiwashout and high flowability can be ensured.;SOLUTION: The antiwashout underwater cement-based packing compositioncomprises, in terms of solid content, 60-98 mass% cement, 0.01-5.00 mass% water reducing agent, 0.05-5.00 mass% thickening agent and 30-60 mass% fine aggregate. The particle distribution of the fine aggregate is expressed as 106particle diameter (x)≤150 μm of 0-5 mass%, 150particle diameter (x)≤212 μm of 0-5 mass%, 212particle diameter (x)≤300 μm of 1-6 mass%, 300particle diameter (x)≤429 μm of 5-10 mass%, 429particle diameter (x)≤600 μm of 10-17 mass%, 600particle diameter (x)≤850 μm of 10-17 mass%, 850particle diameter (x)≤1,180 μm of 15-20 mass%, 1,180particle diameter (x)≤1,700 μm of 30-45 mass% and 1,700particle diameter (x)≤2,360 μm of 2-8 mass%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
