PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a blade of a windmill for power generation requiring strength of the blade and an attaching part of a support arm, rigidity of the blade and light weight property is not sufficiently light since a rib, a beam and the like are required to reinforce and enhance rigidity of the attaching part. PSOLUTION: The beam 8 consisting of a joint part of a front section 4 and a rear section 5, having an upper face shell 2 and a lower face shell 3 structuring a blade shell, the front section 4 and the rear section 5 which are integrally formed for forming a hollow part and a support arm attaching hole 6, independent from the hollow part, having an opening part 9 in the blade lower face shell 3. The beam 8 is manufactured by using an inner pressure molding method to provide the blade 1 having a structure for linking the upper face shell 2 and the lower face shell 3 along the whole length in the blade longitudinal direction and, especially, to provide the blade 1 by not using a filling material such as foamed plastic.
