PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data on all kinds of information at low costs by solving the problem of how to avoid copyright, in view of a situation in which conventional ways of translating all texts pose the problem of copyright, allowing translations of only some limited works to be sold.;SOLUTION: Data on not-too-easy words and items appearing in general information provided by the mass media are described and sold as time elapses at a counter (or according to a function for achieving its expected operation to a certain degree). "Words 1 and idioms of a foreign language" except very basic words, mainly its direct translations, are sold.
