PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air pole current collector material of a solid oxide fuel cell in which a high conductivity indispensable for lowering current collection loss and thermal expansion coefficient with good matching close to that of electrolyte material are obtained compatibly. PSOLUTION: This is a complex powder in which a perovskite complex oxide powder which is expressed by general formula ABOSB3/SB, and in which A is made of one or more elements selected from a group of La and rare earth element and alkali earth metal and one or more elements selected from a group of Sr, Ca, and Ba, and B is made of one or more elements selected from a group of Co, Fe, Ni, and Cu, is compounded with a low thermal expansion powder with a thermal expansion coefficient of 8 (10SP-6/SP/C). Specifically, the perovskite complex oxide powder is lanthanum-strontium-cobalt oxide (LSC) powder, and the low thermal expansion powder is aluminum titanate (AlSB2/SBTiOSB5/SB) powder, and it is preferable that the volume ratio of the perovskite complex oxide powder and the low thermal expansion powder is in the range 95:5-70:30.
