PHASE MODIFYING EQUIPMENT WITH SWITCH FOR ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEMS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide phase modifying equipment with a switch for electric power systems that can be reduced in size to reduce a footprint even when a switch and a shunt reactor are used and makes it possible to make the load capacity of an electric power system variable as well.;SOLUTION: The phase modifying equipment with a switch for electric power systems is constructed using the shunt reactor 10 and the switch 20 one end of which is connected in series with the shunt reactor 10 and the other end of which connects to an electric power system. The shunt reactor 10 is constructed by disposing three-phase reactor bodies for multiple systems in a vessel filled with an insulating medium. The switch 20 is constructed by housing switch bodies using vacuum circuit breakers for multiple systems in a vessel filled with insulating gas. The shunt reactor and the switch are installed in proximity to each other.
