PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic stainless steel sheet having a high strength of a welded joint for a water heater, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.;SOLUTION: The ferritic stainless steel sheet having the high strength of the welded joint for the water heater has a component composition comprising, by mass%, 0.003%≤C≤0.010%, 0.20%≤Si≤0.50%, Mn≤0.2%, P≤0.04%, S≤0.005%, 0.02%≤Al≤0.15%, N≤0.010%, 21.0%≤Cr≤25.0%, 0.5%≤Mo≤1.3%, Ni≤0.5%, 0.25%≤Nb≤0.5%, so as to satisfy 15≤Nb/(C+N)≤35, and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities; and includes NbC or Nb(CN) with sizes of 70 nm or smaller.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
