PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stacking scheduling device and method for scheduling a stacking pattern at the high degree of freedom by easily changing the importance of a stacking rule and adding the stacking rule at the time of three- dimensionally stacking the plural loads of different sizes to the palette of a limited space or the like.
