PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecule recognition element which speedily detects a substance to be measured, with specificity and sensitivity, and also to provide a biosensor that uses the molecule recognition element and a measuring method that uses the biosensor.;SOLUTION: Nanoparticles or metal protein are bonded to the molecule recognition element, and physical changes caused by conformational changes that occur when the molecule-recognizing element recognizes the substance to be measured, are converted into a signal, and it is found that the substance to be measured is thereby detected with speed, specificity and sensitivity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
