PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecule recognition element which speedily detects a substance to be measured, with specificity and sensitivity, and also to provide a biosensor that uses the molecule recognition element and a measuring method that uses the biosensor.;SOLUTION: Nanoparticles or metal protein are bonded to the molecule recognition element, and physical changes caused by conformational changes that occur when the molecule recognition element recognizes the substance to be measured, is converted into a signal, and it is found that the substance to be measured is thereby detected in a speedy, with specificity and sensitivity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
