PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output terminal for nano-photonic device, capable of preventing delay of emission life while increasing the emission intensity of output light.;SOLUTION: The output terminal 1 for a nano-photonic device which is operated by transmitting and receiving a photoexcited carrier among a plurality of quantum dots 12-14 is composed of a metal fine powder 100 nm or less in diameter, which is disposed in an approximate field area 50 nm or less from the output quantum dots 12-14 to output the photoexcited carrier of quantum dots constituting the nano-photonic device 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
