PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production of 5-nitro-3, 4-dihydro-1(2H)-naphthalenone, 1, 5-naphthalenediamine and 1, 5-naphthalene diisocyanate.;SOLUTION: The producing method comprises a step converting 4-(2-nitrophenyl)-n-butyronitrile to 4-(2-nitrophenyl)-n-butyric acid.
