PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight heating rod for a permanent wave, which is capable of uniformly heating rod base materials.;SOLUTION: A permanent wave treatment method includes: a first splaying step for spraying first permanent solution fine particles obtained by nebulizing a first permanent solution containing a reducing agent and an alkali agent, and applying the first fine particles to hair; a second splaying step for splaying second permanent solution fine particles obtained by nebulizing the second permanent solution containing acid and/or an oxidizing agent, and applying the second fine particles to the hair; and a shaping step for shaping the hair with the first and second permanent solution fine particles applied thereto.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
