PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a price settlement system with provision of privilege by which three persons including a seller of an article or the like, a purchaser of an article or the like, i.e., a payer, and a price payment handling trader of purchase price can enjoy merit simultaneously, and to provide a transfer form with provision of privilege to be used by the system concerned.;SOLUTION: A method allowing all related persons to enjoy merit is systematized as follows. When requesting the selection of a payment method in a payment method selection screen through an electronic means on WEB, or by telephone or the like, an advertisement-privilege provision phrase for requesting the selection of a specific price payment trader is displayed, or its request is made orally, (1) a seller receives an acknowledgement from a specific price settlement trader; (2) a specific price settlement trader increases a settlement handling charge of sales price of the seller, and increases the sales of the specific price settlement trader's own articles or the like; (3) and a payer enjoys the privilege by selecting the specific price settlement trader.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
