PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance analysis processor, a performance analysis processing method and a performance analysis processing program, for analyzing performance of a jobnet for executing a series of job to improve efficiency in batch processing. PSOLUTION: A control part 21 of a performance analysis device 20 acquires a job execution schedule log, and develops the jobnet. A control part 21 totals a required time and a job start time, and calculates a required time for each path. Next, sort is performed according to the required time of each path to specify a critical path. The control part 21 executes performance display processing. Here, a single job constituting the critical path is displayed, and input of an improvement rate is prompted.
