PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately predict an electric characteristic of a component built-in board wherein a component is built in a board.;SOLUTION: This component built-in board design system has: a circuit diagram preparation part 100 preparing a circuit diagram; a component information input part 101 inputting information about the component; a component information database storing the information about the component; a peripheral information input part 102 inputting a condition around the component; a characteristic change decision part deciding whether a change occurs in a characteristic of the component or not by use of input peripheral information; a characteristic decision database storing a condition for performing the characteristic change decision; a component characteristic correction part correcting data of the component information database by use of a decision result capable of being obtained from the characteristic change decision part; a component characteristic correction database storing information for correcting the component characteristic; a circuit analysis part for executing circuit simulation; and an analysis result output part outputting an analysis result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
