PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder which enables a suitable temperature correction at the time of recording processing without a throughput of recording processing lowered by specifying a period of time while each nozzle array does not work, acquiring an ink temperature value during the specified period of time, and performing a condition change of nozzle driving from the ink temperature value, and to provide an ink temperature correcting method of the image recorder, and a program.;SOLUTION: A nozzle array control part 20 specifies the period of time while the nozzle array 16 does not work on the basis of information of a conveyance information generating part 12 of a recording medium conveying part 4. The nozzle array control part 20 makes an ink temperature detecting part 17 acquire the ink temperature value for each nozzle array 16 during the specified period of time, and at the same time makes a control part 5 set a temperature correction value for changing a driving condition to a nozzle array driving part 15 corresponding to the acquired ink temperature value. The control part 5 makes the ink ejected from the nozzle array 16 on the basis of image data by the nozzle array driving part 15 to which the temperature correction value is set, thus carrying out recording processing with the temperature correction performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
