PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of eliminating the developer deposited on an electrophotographic member, which enables the efficient removal of a pinned layer of a developer, formed on the surface of the electrophotographic member, and enables the easy reuse of the electrophotographic member.;SOLUTION: The method of eliminating the developer for electrophotographic member has the step of removing the developer by the use of He plasma treatment, with respect to the method of eliminating deposited developer on the electrophotographic member having at least one cover layer of coating around its cylindrical or tubular axial core body and its perimeter, while furthermore having the pinned layer of the developer on its topmost surface. The method enables the regeneration of the electrophotographic member, and the provision of an electrophotographic process cartridge and electrophotographic image forming apparatus each equipped with the regenerated electrophotographic members.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
