PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for inspecting a blurring correction device in which deflections having the same angles and angular velocities are simultaneously generated in two directions by simple constitution and a phase difference of the deflections in the two directions can be fixed. PSOLUTION: The inspection device is provided with an eccentric disk 106 to be rotated in accordance with the rotation of a driving shaft 104; a 1st supporting member 107 having a 1st contact part 107a brought into contact with the eccentric disk 106 from the X axis direction and allowed to be rotated around a 1st rotation center shaft 108 formed along the Y axis direction; and a 2nd supporting member 111 supported by the 1st supporting member 107 through a 2nd rotation center shaft 110 formed so as to intersect with the 1st rotation center shaft 108 at right angles, having a 2nd contact part 111a brought into contact with the eccentric disk 106 from the Y axis direction, allowed to be rotated around the 2nd rotation center shaft 110, and having fixing parts 111b, 111c for fixing an interchangeable lens 1.
