PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently retrieve information at low retrieval costs even for an information retrieval set where the dimensionality of a metric space is large.;SOLUTION: An element y whose similarity is large the k-th is acquired from an arbitrary element x, and retrieval processing based on avaricious strategy as a decision reference of whether to generate a link is operated to the element x and the element y.
