The TSH receptor chimera was used, the method the autoimmunity antibody for the TSH receptor being identified is disclosed, as for that, only amount outside the cell of the wild type TSH which is decorated desirably is included, and that is decorated by the high immunogenicity peptide residue, or appropriate enzyme for detection, detection of the autoimmunity antibody of promotion type, cutoff type and intergrade becomes easy depending upon the identification method of this invention.
