PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in information quality even when a plurality of types of communication information having different priority of communication are used as communication information through radio LAN.;SOLUTION: The communication apparatus for radio LAN monitors the length of the idle time of the radio LAN prior to sending a transmission packet, and sends the transmission packet to the radio LAN when the idle time is not less than a predetermined length. The apparatus is provided with a priority determining means 117 for determining whether or not the transmission information of the transmission packet has high priority.
