PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a second valve 5 to operate under low differential pressure by making it possible to receive pressure inside two first and second fluid passages 51, 52 not only by a valve body section comprising the second valve 5 but by a leaf spring section comprising a leaf spring 6.;SOLUTION: In the leaf spring itself, an opening 7 is provided which makes the two first and second fluid passages 51, 52 communicate with each other. Even if a lifting amount of the second valve 5 is smaller than a medium lifting amount, large differential pressure (force acting on the second valve 5 and the leaf spring 6 based on a difference in pressures acting on both sides of the second valve 5 and the leaf spring 6) can be ensured by making the valve body section comprising the second valve 5 and the leaf spring section comprising the leaf spring 6 receive the pressures inside the two first and second fluid passages 51, 52.
