PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rainfall-inducing agent capable of widely spreading fine particles as rainfall nucleating component at a proper concentration and easily treatable, and to provide a rainfall-inducing device and a rainfall-inducing rocket.;SOLUTION: This rainfall-inducing agent is obtained by mixing a rainfall nucleating component and a combustible component having higher combustion temperature than the boilding point of the rainfall nucleating component and an oxygen balance of zero or oxygen-excess side. As the rainfall nucleating component, silver iodide is preferable and, as the combustible component, thermite agent is preferable. The rainfall-inducing device has a covered and cylindrical rainfall-inducing agent-packing container 13 containing a rainfall-inducing agent 12 at the tip of the inside of a container case 11, and ignition powder 14 is packed at the open end of the container 13 so as to occlude the agent 12 packed therein. At the base end of the inside of the case 11, a releasing agent 16 for releasing the container 13 far away by combustion gas with breaking the case 11 is packed and an igniter 15 for igniting the agent 16 is installed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
