This invention depends on the biochemical technique which utilizes the oxydase, production method of profitable glyoxylic acid is offered industrially. It operates processing things such as the microbial fungus body and the microbial fungus body which are separated from the culture solution and the said culture solution of the microbe where as for details, as for this invention it operates 2- hydroxy acid, forms the 2- keto acid which corresponds, produces the new (D)-2- hydroxy acid oxydase, and the 2- hydroxy acid oxydase or the said enzyme glycol acid, to with glyoxylic acid it offers the production method of the glyoxylic acid which is converted.
